Which devices can print to a label printer
Every device that can drive a Brother QL label printer, and the one rule behind the list — the printer is reached by the Offision app, never by a browser. Qbic, IAdea, Android, iPad, Neat, Windows and Mac, with the connection each one can use.
A label printer is reached by the installed Offision app, never by a web browser. A browser cannot open a connection to a printer or pair a Bluetooth peripheral, so a screen showing Offision in a browser has nothing to print with — the Printer settings row is not even in its device menu.
That single rule decides the whole list below. “Can this device print a badge?” is the same question as “is this device running the Offision app?”

A Neat board has no Bluetooth path. NeatOS exposes its radio only to its own settings, so an installed app can never pair a QL-820NWB over Bluetooth there. Put the printer on the network instead.
How the printer is reached
Wi-Fi or LAN works from every device on the list. The printer needs to be on the same network as the device, and it can always be added by IP if the scan does not find it.
Bluetooth works only from the Offision app on Android and iOS — both Bluetooth Classic and Bluetooth Low Energy. The desktop app on Windows and Mac does not use Bluetooth, and neither does a Neat board.
USB is not supported on any device. There is no USB path in Offision at all, which is why a Brother QL-800 — a USB-only model — cannot be used. Buy a QL-820NWB or a QL-810W: both join the network, and the QL-820NWB also pairs over Bluetooth.
Where the setup lives
Two places, depending on which device is holding the printer.
A screen that prints badges by itself — a panel, a kiosk, a lobby screen — is set up at the screen, from its own device menu: Connect a label printer to a signage screen.
A receptionist printing from the console on a computer, phone or tablet connects a printer to that device instead: Connect a badge printer to your reception desk.
The two are separate connections. A screen’s printer and a reception computer’s printer know nothing of each other, and the same physical printer can serve both as long as it is on the network.
