Service staff guide
Delivering what people ask for: the requests waiting on you in the Offision app, and the shared queue on the panel your team works from.

This guide is written for the person delivering the service — the tea, the cleaning, the setup, the fix. Like a receptionist, service staff are ordinary Offision users with one extra permission: hold Service staff and the app grows a Booking service page, and that page is your queue.
Two screens, and they are not the same
The app carries the whole queue. It filters, searches and sorts, it shows what was ordered and what was attached, and it is the only place you can write a line back to the person who asked and have them told about it.
The panel on the pantry wall is the team’s shared screen: every open request, grouped by floor, with a timer running since somebody asked. Four taps and a ticket is done. It notifies nobody and records no name — that is the trade for speed, and knowing it saves an argument later.
A request has four states
New request, In progress, Finished, Rejected. Both screens move a request between them, and both see the change at once.
What this guide does not cover
Anything set up rather than done. Which services exist, what they cost the room’s availability, who is assigned to them, and what the panel on the wall shows are all admin settings, documented under Service and Signage. Ordering a service with your own booking is the employee’s task, in the user guide.
