Improvements

  • Signage
    • Introduced Signage Content V2 improvements, including an upgraded layout editor.
    • Added a Schedule feature (Beta) to Signage Content V2, allowing main main widget to be displayed based on a configured schedule.
    • Added two new layout options for the Booking List widget in Signage Content V2.
    • Added a “Walk-in requires check-in” setting to the Visitor widget in Signage Content V2.
    • Updated the Visitor Welcome screen takeover to display the visitor’s name under specific conditions, such as visitor check-in.
    • Updated signage behavior to automatically synchronize with the assigned building’s time zone.
    • Added support for playing multiple YouTube videos simultaneously on signage.
  • Booking
    • Revamped the design of the Booking History page.
    • Added an option to disable “Waiting for Approval” notification emails from being sent to users.
  • User App
    • Added new booking control buttons to the User App for easier and more direct management of bookings.
    • Redesigned the “User Logging in Device” dialog interface.
  • Directory
    • Improved the user interface of the Floor page within the Location form.
    • Redesigned the “User Logging in Device” dialog interface.
  • Device
    • Updated the booking panel behavior so that collapsing the timeline will now display the time.
  • Integration
    • Updated the API authentication settings to allow administrators to view their existing authentication tokens again.
  • Event
    • Improved the overall Event management user interface.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where Apple Wallet passes were not functioning correctly.
  • Fixed an issue where changes made to the visitor badge label layout could not be saved.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented visitor badge labels from printing if the visitor’s name was divided into separate First Name and Last Name fields.
  • Fixed an issue where duplicate visitor badge emails were sent when a visitor was invited via a recurring invitation.
  • Fixed a time zone issue that caused the end date for recurring visitors to misalign.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the GPS check-in feature from working correctly within the Microsoft Teams app.
