Improvements
- Booking
- Added a policy to automatically cancel a recurring booking series after a set number of consecutive no-shows. The system will send an email warning on the second-to-last allowed no-show, and a final cancellation alert when the limit is reached.
- Allowed administrators to edit ongoing bookings.
- Added support for quarterly and yearly intervals in user quota policy.
- Enabled the deletion of external appointments if the corresponding appointment cannot be found.
- Added the ability to collapse the booking filter within the Management calendar.
- Revamped the configuration user interface for booking forms.
- Updated the Sub-policy user interface to allow direct editing within the main policy form.
- Renewed the user interface for Team space forms.
- Visitor Management
- Added a visitor vehicle field to the invitation form.
- Added a configuration setting to split visiting appointment emails either by domain or by individual recipient (defaults to domain).
- Added the building’s address below the building name in visitor badge emails.
- Moved the “Auto-update status” setting out of Visitor general settings and directly into the Visiting policy.
- Revamped the configuration user interface for visiting forms.
- Refactored and modernized the user interface for the visitor walk-in form, check-in form, visitor walk-in app, and the form of the visitor widget.
- Directory
- Added a “User devices” feature, allowing admin to view and manage the active login sessions.
- Updated the user information form to allow managers to audit and terminate active device login sessions.
- Removed character input limitations from the phone number field.
- Device
- Added a setting that forces media players to always synchronize with the server room’s local time and time zone.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue on Signage where the visitor walk-in form would become unresponsive after clicking submit under certain conditions.
- Fixed an issue where “Confidential” configurations incorrectly skipped user verification and caused an error popup.
- Fixed an issue where user activation statuses in the Directory failed to update correctly.
- Fixed an issue where clicking an empty time slot on the Resource calendar failed to open the booking form.
- Fixed an issue preventing the Offision Android app from retrieving GPS location data.
- Fixed a layout issue where exceptionally long attendee email addresses would overlap text in the display.
- Fixed an issue where Android devices would flash the form screen when clicking the walk-in button.
- Fixed a bug that prevented administrators from changing the title of the visitor badge email template.
