Improvements

  • Booking
    • Added a feature to import bookings, including a helpful hint regarding the Resource Access ID during the import process.
    • Added a function allowing users to cancel an entire booking series at once.
    • Added a conditional approval policy for bookings made outside of business hours.
    • Updated the booking form interface to default to a timetable view if none of the resources use configured timeslots.
    • Updated “selection” type form fields to automatically display as a dropdown menu if there are more than three options.
    • Updated the date selection UI in reports to support more flexible date ranges.
    • Updated the description for the Booking hours settings to provide better clarity.
    • Improved calendar navigation: switching from Day view to Month view and back to Day view will now automatically default to “Today” if the current date is within the viewed range.
    • Improved the user interface presentation for combined rooms in the Resource calendar.
    • Improved the user experience for room selection within the booking form.
    • Improved the attendee input field to make typing and searching for attendees easier and more intuitive.
    • Hid the “Series” label if a newly created booking series only contains a single booking.
