Find directions on Map 2.0

Choose where to go

In the app’s Map 2.0 floor view, select an assigned room or desk and choose Directions when the action is available. Choose a starting point from the list or click a point on the map. The map shows the route and, when a route is found, its approximate distance.

If there is no route

No way through means a route could not be found. Ask the map administrator to check the destination’s assignment, the starting point, doors and reachable space in the Map 2.0 scene. A drawing that looks connected is not enough if there is no traversable opening.

Map 2.0 derives walking space from the scene. Do not draw a Classic point-and-path network or switch to Classic Route mode to repair it. After changing the scene, review and update a published map and try directions again.
