School-gate and classroom booking

The questions international schools and multi-campus estates send us most often.

Can walk-in guests register at the gate and print a photo + QR label?

Yes. A kiosk or reception tablet at the gate registers the visit and prints a badge with a photo and QR. Invited guests can also scan a code they were emailed.

Can we run one portal for a main campus and smaller annexes?

Yes. Buildings and floors sit in one Offision directory. Guards and administrators see today's visitors and bookings for every site without a separate login per campus.

How do you stop someone sharing a visitor QR code?

Each invitation is a single visit record. The badge carries a photo taken at the gate, and the live profile on the guard monitor shows that photo when the code is scanned — a forwarded code does not match the person in front of them.

Can security see the visitor's photo when a QR or card is scanned?

Yes. The reception and security view shows the visitor profile — name, photo, host and visit type — at the moment of scan.

Can teachers book a classroom and the equipment inside it?

Yes. A classroom is a bookable resource. Equipment attached to that room can be selected on the same booking, so the projector or lab kit is reserved with the space.

Does Offision work with turnstiles?

Visitor QR and card credentials can drive door-access hardware through Offision integrations. The exact turnstile model is scoped with your installer — the visit record is what the lock trusts.
