Use Your Own SMTP Server for Offision Emails

Offision allows you to configure and set your own SMTP email server to replace the default public SMTP server used by the system. By enabling this feature, all system-generated emails, such as booking invitations, visitor pre-registration forms, service request notifications, and other communications, will be sent using your custom SMTP server.
This feature provides you with:
Setting up your SMTP server in Offision is straightforward. Once configured, the system will automatically switch from the default SMTP server to your custom server for all outgoing emails.

Navigate to "Email", and swtich the email mode to "SMTP Server"
Input SMTP server host and username
Input password, email address and sender name
