Management Console

- Updated email headers to read "Booking Confirmed" instead of "Booking Created" for bookings requiring approval.
- Changed the title from "Create" to "Confirm" for approved bookings.
- Updated the design of the Bookable Resource list (applies to Booking and Fixed Seats).
