How polls work
Ask employees a question on Home, choose votes or questionnaires, and decide who can answer and see results.
Polls collect answers from signed-in employees on Home. Open Broadcast → Poll to manage them. A poll is separate from an announcement: these instructions concern employee answers, not notices on signage or sensor polling.
Choose a vote or a questionnaire
A vote has one required single-choice question with 2–6 choices. Use it for a decision such as the team lunch. A questionnaire has 1–50 questions: single choice, multiple choice, text, or a 1–5 rating. Mark each question required or optional.
Decide who can answer
Choose specific users and groups, or leave the audience unrestricted. Translate the title, questions, and choices for your readers. Each employee can submit one response per poll; reopening does not let someone answer again.
Anonymous results do not display respondents’ names. Offision still associates a response with the account to prevent duplicate answers. A vote can show aggregate results to employees after they answer; questionnaires do not provide that employee results view.
Before the first answer
Check the wording, choices, and anonymity before saving. Once a response exists, the type, questions, and anonymity are locked. You can still manage the audience and closing date.
