Offision puts every host invitation on the desk list for that day, so reception knows who is coming before the lobby fills.
When a host sends an Offision invitation, the visit appears on the receptionist page for that day. Reception can see the name, host and time before the guest travels. Walk-ins are added at the desk when they arrive.
