No. With Microsoft 365 integration, you sign in using your organization's Microsoft account. Offision uses Entra ID SSO, so no extra username or password is required.

Yes. Offision syncs two-way with Exchange Online. Bookings created in Outlook, Teams, or Offision appear in all platforms, so you avoid double bookings and conflicts.

Your IT admin configures the connection in the Offision admin panel. You'll need an Entra ID app registration and permissions for user sync and calendar access. Our setup guide walks through the steps.
