    • Use Offision’s 1-click function to let the system suggest suitable equipment based on availability.
    • Alternatively, manually fill out the booking form for a customized reservation tailored to your requirements.
  2. Booking Confirmation:

    • Once your booking is created, Offision sends you an email confirmation with all the details.
    • The booking schedule is also available in the system for easy access and tracking.
  3. Modify or Cancel Bookings Before Start Time:

    • If you need to make changes or cancel the booking, you can do so anytime before the start time.
    • Any updates are communicated via email notifications to keep you informed.
  4. Check-In Process:

    • If the booking requires check-in, ensure you check in via the booking panel before the scheduled start time.
    • If no check-in occurs, Offision will mark the booking as a “No Show” and release the equipment after the check-in grace period.
  5. Auto Check-In/Out:

    • For reservations not requiring check-in, Offision will automatically check in and check out the equipment based on the scheduled time.
  6. End Booking or Extend:

    • If you don’t extend your booking, Offision will automatically check out the equipment at the reservation’s end time.
