Navigate to “Basic policy” and create / edit a policy
Navigate to “Create/Edit booking channel” tab and enable “Allow booking manager book for user”
Navigate to the "Room," "Desk," and "Equipment" to create / edit resources
Set the policy to the resources
Navigate to "Users", then assign "Booking manager" permission to the appropriate users in the permissions settings
