Give them the Service staff permission. Offision adds a Booking service page — the full queue, with filters, attachments and a reply the requester is told about.
Service staff are ordinary Offision users with one extra permission. Hold Service staff and the app grows a Booking service page — that page is the queue. It filters, searches and sorts, shows what was ordered and what was attached, and is the only place you can write a line back to the person who asked and have them told about it.
Give them the Service staff permission. The app then shows Booking service — the full queue with filters, attachments and replies.
Room service is the hospitality moment people remember. Most offices still run it on a chat thread and a shout down the corridor.
