How Offision prints a school-gate badge

A Qbic or tablet kiosk at the barrier opens the visit, takes a photo, and prints a label with a QR. The same record appears on the guard monitor when the code is scanned. Routine arrivals skip the paper book; staff handle the exceptions.

Common questions

Can walk-in guests print a photo + QR at the gate?

Yes. The kiosk or reception tablet registers the visit and prints the badge. Invited guests can scan the code they were sent instead.
