1 Month Free trialMicrosoft 365 calendar sync so Outlook or Teams room meetings appear in Offision after the room accepts; an optional Teams (or Zoom, Google Meet, Webex) online-meeting logo on the door panel; Offision as a personal tab inside Microsoft Teams; digital signage on Teams Rooms screens between meetings; and a beta Teams phone-call people list on touch signage.
Insights and best practices to optimize your workspace
Calendar sync with Microsoft 365. Connect room mailboxes and bookings stay in step both ways — a meeting booked in Outlook or Teams against a connected room reaches Offision once the room has accepted and the meeting is on that room’s calendar; a booking made in Offision appears in Outlook. Declined or unanswered room invitations never create an Offision booking. This is calendar mirroring, not Offision creating a Teams meeting URL.
Online-meeting logo on the booking panel. In the panel configuration’s Booking details, turn on Show Online Meeting Logo. While a meeting is running or waiting for check-in, the door panel can show the Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or Webex mark before the meeting title, with the organizer and attendees as configured.
Offision inside Microsoft Teams. Deploy Offision as a personal tab in the Teams sidebar so people book rooms, invite visitors, raise service requests and read attendance without leaving Teams. It is not a bot and does not join meetings. Org-wide deployment unlocks Offision notifications in the Teams activity feed. Location check-in does not work inside the Teams tab; Offision does not change Teams chat status (Available / Away / Do not disturb).
Signage on a Teams Rooms screen. With Teams Rooms Pro (and supported Windows/Android firmware on a commercial tenant), set Offision’s player URL as a custom digital-signage source so the front-of-room display plays Offision content between meetings, then pair the six-character code in Devices › Signage. Offision does not manage or monitor the Teams Rooms device itself.
Teams phone call people list (Beta) on touch signage. On a touch signage design, add the Teams phone call people list widget so a visitor can tap (or slide-to-call) a listed colleague and ring them in Teams — useful at a lobby or front door. It places a phone call; it does not join a scheduled Teams meeting. Non-touch screens hide the widget.
