Insights and best practices to optimize your workspace
On the booking panel by the door, you can show the online meeting logo (including Teams) with the meeting title when a booking is running or waiting for check-in.
On a Teams Room screen, Offision can play digital signage between meetings.
On touch signage, the Teams phone call people list widget (Beta) lets a visitor tap a name and place a Teams phone call to a colleague — it rings someone; it does not join a scheduled Teams meeting.
For attaching a video meeting link to a booking, Help documents Google Meet as a marketplace extension (Google-connected rooms get a link from Google; other resources need each person to connect their Google account once). Do not describe Offision as creating Teams meeting links unless Product confirms a Help article exists.
Confirm before publish / consider unpublishing scene claim: Any claim that Offision “links Teams meetings to bookings” or auto-attaches Teams URLs. Prefer this panel/signage/call framing, or unpublish until Help covers meeting-link generation.
Does Offision add a Teams meeting link to bookings? Help does not document that. Documented Teams features are the panel logo, Teams Rooms signage, and a beta Teams phone-call widget on touch signage.
