How walk-up booking works on the panel

Between classes, students stand at the door. The panel can book the next free slot and list nearby rooms that are free. That walk-up becomes a real booking — not an argument with whoever is already inside.

Yes. The panel can take the next free slot and suggest nearby free rooms when this one is busy.

Nobody will open another school app

Students already have a portal, email and a timetable. A booking tool they only meet on a webpage they cannot find will stay empty — and the rooms will still be booked on paper.
