Put every request in one service queue

Offision puts tea, chairs and mid-meeting help in one queue with New, In progress, Finished and Rejected — an owner, not a chat thread.

How the Service queue works

Every request lands as New, is assigned to service staff — by hand or to whoever has least on — and moves through In progress to Finished, or Rejected. Staff are notified the moment it appears. Chat threads cannot do that: they have no owner, no timer and no state both sides can see.

Common questions

No. Ticketing is for something broken that should stay tracked until it is closed. Service is tea, cleaning, setup and help attached to a booking — delivered, then done.
