Refuse a second booking on a taken room

Offision will not let two bookings occupy the same room at the same time — that is the most basic thing Booking does, before hours or slot grids.

How double-booking prevention works

Once a room is a resource in Booking, saving a second booking on the same time is refused. That check is not a policy you switch on — it is the most basic thing Booking does. Hours, holidays and slot grids sit on top; they do not replace it. Outlook and Google meetings that land on a taken room are declined the same way.
