Why the room cannot be selected when I create a room booking / visitor invitation?
Please check if your license has been expired or no license is assigned to the room. If the room is for visiting only, please enable the Visiting only
in the room setting.
What should I do if the license will be soon expired or no license for the resource?
Please assign a valid license to the resource. Select a resource, click Menu button ⋮
, then click Edit license
to assign a valid license.
What is the order of resources?
It is sorted by number first, then English, and finally Chinese.
