Email Service
What can be checked if email cannot be received?
Please perform the following checking with "Global Administrator" permission to see if any hints can be found:
- In Admin Console, go to Settings > Email Server Setting. See if any error is shown and check the email service by using "Send testing email" function;
- In Admin Console, go to https://yourdomain/jobs, go to Tab "Jobs" to see if any Failed jobs related to "Send Email".
- In Admin Console, go to Audit Trail to see any record related to the issue.
- Go to the Outlook account used in SMTP service, check if any send record related to the issue.
