How Offision treats parent collection

Parent collection is a visiting purpose, not a corporate lobby form. It carries its own questions and a photo on the badge. When the QR is scanned, the guard monitor shows that photo and the visit type. A forwarded code does not match the person at the barrier. Recurring parents can keep a QR or card until it expires.
