Name the set for the rooms, assign it once

Offision assigns one layout menu per room. Build the set once, tick the rooms, and every booking on those rooms offers the same pictures.

One set, many rooms

A room can carry one set only — assigning it here takes it off whatever set it was on before. Name the set for the group of rooms — Meeting room layouts or Training rooms — then tick the rooms this menu applies to. If a room needs boardroom and training arrangements, both belong in the same set.

Common questions

Can Offision show the chosen layout on the booking for setup staff?

Yes. Pick one and it shows on the booking and to whoever approves it. Setup staff see the plan beside the time — not a separate email.
