Support staff are notified when a ticket appears. The reporter is not emailed automatically. In Offision, write a line back from the Support page — that is what tells them it is fixed. Closing the ticket on the wall panel notifies nobody.
Everyone on Support staff sees every ticket. A ticket policy can also email a facilities role on that floor. The reporter is not emailed.
