Offision 4.5.2 release notes
Signage V2 (Beta), rotating visitor QR codes on signage, visitor import from the visiting calendar, booking IDs on stickers and reports, and a new console home.

Management console
- Revamped the design of the Management console home page.
- Moved the "Edit Pin" option to the top of the menu for quicker access.
Signage
- Revamped the signage content design and introduced Signage V2 (Beta).
- Added dynamic security options for the visitor QR code displayed on signage: the code can now be set to refresh every 3 minutes and expire completely after 10 minutes.
- Improved the performance and reliability of video uploads and downloads for signage playback.
- Removed the direct display link feature.
Visitor
- Added an import function for visitors directly within the Visiting Calendar.
- Added a configuration setting in policy to hide the visitor QR code.
- Updated visiting location policies to allow assignment to specific rooms.
- Revamped the user interface design of the Visiting calendar.
Booking
- Added the Booking ID to booking stickers, export reports, and system logs for easier tracking and reference.
Directory
- Revamped the user interface for the Create User form.
Device
- Updated the device start up and connection code content.
Map
- Updated the floor sorting mechanism by floor number.
General
- Revamped the file and video upload interface.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where visiting policies were not correctly applying to floors.
- Fixed an issue that prevented users from successfully completing visitor pre-registration.
