Booking
- Added an 'Overlap with other bookings' policy to the override rules.
- Updated the report pages for Resource Performance Rate, Recycle Rate, Reuse Rate, and Usage Rate.
- Revamped the Resource Usage and Recycle Rate dialogs in reports.
- Added a confirmation dialog when regenerating resource QR codes.
- Improved the loading time and overall performance of the QR Code Manager.

- Added new API endpoints to allow adding and removing users from user groups.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the "Private" setting on the booking form failed to hide booking information.
- Fixed an issue where the "Show Available" toggle in the Resource Finder incorrectly affected the view on the Resource Calendar.
- Fixed an issue in the Resource Calendar's week and month views where clicking a date to book would incorrectly show the slot as already booked.
- Fixed an error popup that occurred under certain conditions when scanning a resource QR code with a camera to redirect to the User App.
- Fixed an issue where directly booking an integrated room resulted in the wrong booking time being reserved.
- Fixed a "recurrence not found" error that popped up when selecting "this and following" to edit a recurring booking.
