Zoom Integration

Create App

  1. Navigate to Zoom App Marketplace
  2. Click Develop > Build App
  3. Select "General App" and click Create
  4. Copy "Client ID" and "https://app.offision.com**Client Secret*"
    *
  5. Input https://app.offision.com to "OAuth Redirect URL" and click Continue
  6. Click Continue to skip "Access page"
  7. Click Continue to skip "Surface page"
  8. Enable "Meeting SDK" and click Continue
  9. Click Add Scopes and search meeting:write:meeting, then enable it
  10. Click Continue
  11. Click Add App Now
  12. Click Allow this app to use my shared access permissions
  13. Click Allow

Remove App

  1. Navigate to Zoom App Marketplace
  2. Click Manage
  3. Click Menu of the app
  4. Click Remove App
  5. Click Remove

Integrate Zoom

  1. Navigate to "Management console" > "Integration" > "Linking services"
  2. Config the "Zoom settings"
  3. Input "Client ID" and "Client secret"
  4. Click Save button
  5. Enable "Zoom" and save

Connect to Zoom account

  1. Navigate to "User app"
  2. Click Linking services
  3. Click Add button of Zoom
  4. Click Connect to Zoom to create online meeting
  5. Click Allow this app to use my shared access permissions.
  6. Click Allow
  1. Open booking form
  2. Select a room
  3. Click Add zoom link
  4. Click Book
  5. The meeting email will be sent out and attach the Zoom meeting link
