O365 Integration
Following document is still under construction.
This section will introduce the procedure of integration with Microsoft 365. Through delegated permission, you can fully integrate your schedule and room in Microsoft 365 with Offision.
Functionalities
User can:
- User single sign on
- User calendar auto synchronization
- Room calendar auto synchronization
Create resources
Before you create the integration in Offision, you first need to create at least one resource for your booking. If you already have a resource, you can skip this part.
- Direct to "Exchange admin center"
- Click "Recipients" -> "Resources"
- Click
Add a room resource
- Input name and resource email address
- Click

- Click

if you don't need to input the properties - Disable "Automatically decline meetings outside of booking limites below"
- Enable "Specify users whom you want to accept/decline meetings manually"
- Select an email account to delegate the resource
- Click
Next
- Review the resource and click
Create
- Select the created resource and click "Delegation"
- Click
Edit
of "Read and manage (Full Access)" - Click
Add members
- Select the email account that is the same as in step 9
- Click
Save
andConfirm
Tips
It is recommended to use a specific email account to delegate the resource, as this email account will receive many emails whenever someone books the resource.
Create integration
- Direct to "Integrations" page
- Click "Microsoft 365 integration"
- Click
Connect to Microsoft 365
- Click
Connect Offision to your organization by Login via the user account under your organization
- Select an account to create the integration
Add resources
- Click "Connected resources" button
- Click
Add / Renew
- Login the account which is delegating the resource
- Click
Add Microsoft 365 resource
and select resource type - Input the resource email address and click
Confirm
Add user
- Click
Connected users
and clickInvite user
- Input email address and select permissions
- Click
Invite user
