Will the visitors receive the invitation email before approval?​

Visitors will not receive any invitation before the appointments had approved. If your locations are set to be low-security by administrators, then visiting invitation will be automatically sent to visitors without approval needs.

When the system will send the badge to the visitor?​

  1. When user create an invitation;
  2. Change the date of the invitation;
  3. The next day of cross-day invitation, the system will send a new badge to the visitor.

If I change the invitation date, will the updated invitation be sent to the visitor?​

Yes, the visitor will receive a new badge and updated invitation. It might has delay to receive the new badge.

Can the badge be used on other days?​

The badge only can be used on that day. After that day, the badge will expire.

What if the day have changed but visitors are still visiting?​

After the day have changed, the system will automatically mark the visitor as left. The cross-day visitor need to use the new badge to check-in again.
