User web app is the main platform for normal user to control different parts of the smart office system, such as room bookings, hot desk bookings, reception and visitor management. This section will introduce you all the options and functions in Offision user webapp and guide you to utilize the system step by step.

User webapp facilitates user to handle visitor approval, resource reservation and reception, you can:

  • Handle the room, desk reservation and related service in schedule calendar/ floor plan;
  • Handle approval for each visitor appointment;
  • Handle reported issues of resources;
  • Handle visitor walk-in, check-in and check-out.
